M Social Hotel Times Square New York

Fantastic rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Times Square. Check-in took too long, and elevators can get crowded.

During my stay at M Social Hotel Times Square in New York, the check-in process was a bit delayed, and the bar staff seemed unfriendly. But the prime location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and great value truly made up for it.

Thanks to the polite staff everything was great, including plenty ofexcellent food.

The room with a view over Manhattan was amazing! Soundproofed, comfy beds, and a fridge. Will DEFINITELY choose this place again. Better than on photos.

The spot of the hotel is unbeatable, just a skip away from loads of sightseeing spots, plus staff were a delight, although we didn't even need to chat with them 'cause everything was sorted, top-notch! Our room, up on floor 33, had breathtaking views and the lobby had this real chill vibe. They can stash your bags after check-out if you've got a late flight, and the spot is right near the Subway station for the 1 train 🚇. The only tiny prob was that the shower in our room drained a bit slow, but just turning it off for a sec fixes that up without much hassle.

Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was compact. Rooms with coffee pot and nice view, for instance. Lots of good food at breakfast time. Central location of this fantastic central hotel was a bonus. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the venue.

Fairly clean hotel with efficient staff and decent location adjacent to Times Square as well as a subway station.

The beds were like sleeping on clouds, the staff were super nice, and the Christmas dinner was out-of-this-world good - even if a bit on the spendy side. On the 29th floor, we were treated to jaw-dropping views of Times Square, making it worth every penny. While everything at the hotel seems to be top-dollar, a $500 deposit can be a shocker, although it didn't ruin the fun. 🌆

The hotel is clean and amazing, offers unbeatable location close to everything. Immensely pleasant staff ensures you spend an excellent time here. Manhattan district certainly deserves to be visited.

The room was so cozy and luxurious, with the comfiest Sofitel MyBed and spacious bathroom. I felt like a VIP with the French Lanvin products. The various lighting options added a nice touch.

I wish there were more seating options in the room.

The receptionist was not very understanding or helpful in resolving the issue, which put a damper on our first day. We were given a smaller room temporarily and were not compensated for the inconvenience.

The Novotel Times Square is a real treat for the eyes with its stunning views and fabulous location. The Supernova Bar & Restaurant offers a taste of nostalgia with a modern twist. The 7th Floor Terrace is a lovely spot for outdoor dining and cocktails.

The customer service could use a little electricity, just like Times Square.

This hotel was right by Times Square and tons of restaurants. the location was superb, walk outside and you're in the center of New York with Times Square and Broadway within a 10-minute walk. the lobby, bar, and restaurant area were modern and stylish, creating a unique atmosphere. the rooms, although a bit aged, were clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and varied options daily, providing a substantial start to the day.

There were some issues with the elevators in this hotel, causing delays in moving in and out of the building, especially during peak hours. Improving the elevator setup could enhance the overall guest experience.

The M Social Hotel Times Square New York exceeded my expectations with its spacious, spotless rooms and a terrific view of the Times Square. The fitness center and public terrace with spectacular views were a great addition to the overall experience.

The arrival at street level was not very welcoming, giving off a somewhat underwhelming first impression. However, the dedicated elevators to the Lobby Level and the informal, youthful vibe quickly made up for it.

We loved the hotel for its fantastic location. It was incredibly close to everything in Central Park, and there was a subway station very close by. We were in the very centre of Manhattan Mid Town, which made getting around the city so much easier. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, making us feel safe and secure during our visit.

Despite the small room and lack of vanity products, the hotel offered a friendly staff, beautiful views, and a convenient Times Square location. The breakfast, while limited, had a lovely view. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall positive experience.

the lobby was filled with fun games like Xbox and foosball, creating a lively atmosphere. the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the room was modern and well-cleaned, with a smart and stylish design. the view from my room of either the city or the Hudson River was perfect. I also enjoyed dining at the restaurant, Beast and Butterflies, which had excellent food and fast service. the hotel's location was ideal, with Times Square Center just a 5-minute walk away.
